He has also completed the exercise nutrition Science masters from the University of Chester, and leads the nutritional side of our program. He has international experience working with professional athletes in the USA and corporate clients at home and abroad.

Fitness4life Ireland_BrianBrian Mc Grogan, Head Trainer, is a little gem and makes you feel so comfortable in yourself creates all of our home workouts. He is a personal fitness instructor who runs his own fitness business , he is also an athlete performance coach who has being with teams like Kildare Senior Football team, Moorefield & now leixlip seniors. He has a diploma in strength and conditioning training along with six mentorships with the country’s top strength and conditioning coaches.

He was also the strength and conditioning coach with the Leinster interprovincial team in 2014. So you are in great hands!!

They have designed it that you get results by eating normal foods and combined with our workouts this will become a lifestyle. So you don’t have to eat the same thing every single day and having boring food. If I see one more plain turkey burger posted on line I will cry!1
